By accessing or using Vital Pet (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Block Nexus Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

Vital Pet is an AI-powered pet care platform that provides health tracking, veterinary directory, marketplace, community features, and related services. The Service is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including pet profiles, photos, reviews, and community posts. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

6. Marketplace

The Vital Pet marketplace connects buyers with third-party sellers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sale. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly, though we may assist in mediation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated health insights. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.
